Fabulous Baby Back Ribs!. Our favorite restaurant was packed, so we decided to try something new. Wasatch Broiler has some great decor and a very friendly and attentive staff. The bartender's recommendation of the Baby Back Ribs was excellent, and the BBQ was pretty spicy (which I like). I did not care for the shrimp scewers though. The shrimp was way overcooked and the paprika they sprinkled over the top was overpowering. I will go back again, but I will stay away from the seafood. The waitress did get our bill wrong, but was very courteous and quickly rectified the problem.
