It was easy to make an appointment and I got there the receptionist was courteous and helpful as well as the other staff. Treatment alternatives were giving and everything was explained so that I could understand. Overall a good experience. I would refer clients here.

Dr. Steinman always very personable, compassionate & gentle with my dog. His suggestions for treatment are one's that I agree with. Also important- Loki likes Dr. Steinman.
