It's good...when they're open. The interior's fine and I've been treated well. A big minus is irregular hours (you need a chart to remember them) that aren't consistent once you've committed them to memory.

For instance, in the past week they had closed early twice (by 1.5 hours) and were completely closed on an otherwise open day. Unfortunately I drove there to find out the first time, by way of a door posting. You can usually get this info from their phone greeting. A website with schedule changes or an email alert would be even better.

VERY friendly!!!. I've been taking my dog to the owner for grooming since we got him 11 years ago as a puppy. She has always been so great with him, grooms him exactly the way I ask, and offers suggestions when we're not sure exactly how we want him. My boyfriend recently got a dog and I referred him to Bob Dog's and he's also extremely happy with the grooming services. Excellent service and care for my little baby dog:)

SO friendly, and convenient!. I just took my dog there for the second time today, and I love it. Every person who works there who I have interfaced with has been incredibly, incredibly nice and very helpful. You can tell they really love and appreciate animals there. The first time I went, I had recently adopted my dog from the Humane Society and he had terrible mats of hair behind his ears that were matted all the way down to the skin level. The groomer came out and, for no extra charge, helped me subdue my clipper-fearing pooch and helped me shave them out from behind his ears. The height of the tubs is so convenient, and it's an easy way to have a short bathing experience. The shampoo smells really nice, but it IS super watery. Thankfully, they let you use as much of it as you need, so be liberal with it! Also, definitely opt for their conditioner options. Not only will your dog smell great, she'll be incredibly soft as well.

This place rocks! Dog lovers check it out!. We took our Samoyed to Bob's today and it was a great experience (even for our dog, who hates getting wet!). The owner is super-friendly and a true dog lover. Her previous experience as a groomer was helpful as she told us the best way to brush, wash, and dry our dog. She also clipped his paws, which is a nice add-on service if you don't like to do it yourself. The shampoo / conditioner is great... our dog doesn't smell like chemicals or cheap soap. The facilities really cater to making the experience as easy as possible - both for the dog and the owner! Our dog smells and looks great! We'll be back! :)

Perfect for the pampered pooch. I love this dog wash. One of my dogs is 16 years old and he is too old to take to the beauty parlor at Petsmart or anywhere else. The facility is equipped with everything you need to wash your own dog. Aprons to wear, medicated shampoo, etc. The cost is very resonable too. Try it and you will always return. Pamper you pet now.
