Horrible front desk.
Their front desk doesn't listen or try to understand. They are rude and condescending. I do foster care for the state of Utah. They could not understand that the state had custody of the children,
but the parents rights were not terminated yet. So the mother could ask for copies of children's files and therefore get my information and would not allow me to exclude my driver license in the paperwork which has my birth date and ss#. The bio mother does drugs and also commits fraud and forgery. I do not want her having my information. Once they terminate her rights and stop trying to allow her to get her children back and put them up for adoption she still attains some rights to see their files, and know what is happening with them.
They could not understand how I was not financially responsible for them and how the state was. They were rude and horrible to work with. I will never go back even for my own biological children.…
