I sent two arrangments to my boss and his family when they had a family member pass. what I recieved back from them was by far the best thing ever. here is how the thank you card read. Your kindness at our time of mourning was greatly appreciated. May our Heavenly Father smile upon you for your kind heart and warm regards to our family. thank you again signed by the whole family and then at the bottom it said P.S. You must share with me the florists name as the baskets you sent were far more beautiful than any I have ever seen
Pros: very easy to work with and was able to get arraingments done on short notice

Jessie at Splendor in the Grass is just great! She has helped me with projects that range from my wedding to funerals. I would recommend them for any floral needs you have. Wonderful shop also - it would be perfect for a downtown shop - might want to think about that. . .
