Tiffany does the best haircut and style I have ever had! She does awesome color too, I have had everything from blond highlights weaved in my natural hair (light brown) color a rich auburn brown shade all over color and the color is vibrant, long lasting and doesn't make my hair damaged or fried! As for the haircuts, I don't know how she does it! But she is a magician with my shoulder length hair. It looks phenomenal when I leave the salon and I can even style it myself really easily. She does this thing with the hair dryer that looks like the crown of my head has been back combed a tiny bit, but it hasn't at all, just a touch of volume in the right place, no ratting necessary, gorgeous.. I wish I could get my hair styled there every day! She also does hair extensions and uses the method of what I think is called Hair Locs. I was really amazed at how fast she was able to put my extensions in and how great they looked and felt after. They lasted a long time too and didn't damage my hair when removed. I have had extensions before at different salons and believe me, after sitting in a chair for 6 hours, I was ready to scream! and the other extensions didn't blend nearly as well as the ones Tiffany does at Xscape. Their prices are very reasonable considering what an upscale salon it is and the great service you get. You get a 10% discount on the day spa services if your a member of Xcel gym. For MASSAGE Jaydee (I am not sure how she spells it but its pronounced like J.D.) has magic hands, excellent excellent massage therapist. She is by far the best I have ever been to, and I have had many massages at different day spas in the past. Its so wonderful to find all these talented professionals in one convenient location. So go see Tiff for the best hair cut of your life and then head to JD for a heavenly massage. I have had mani/pedis there too and the girl did a great job on that as well. Highly recommended, you have to try this salon and spa!
Pros: The quality of service and atmosphere is far superior to salons and day spas of comparable price. (Great value for the money, you get what you pay for and more!)

As soon as you walk into this place, you are made to feel very welcome. Then when you go inside, the atmosphere is off the charts. You are totally pampered at this great facility. I will return as often as my wallet will allow. (LOL)
Pros: This place is a total Thumbs Up.
Cons: ???????????? Could not find any.
