Millcreek Imaging. I obtained services from Millcreek Imaging through DiscountRadiology and prepaid for all services. Discount Radiology confirmed payment to Millcreek via check #2633. Millcreek acknowledged full payment being received at the time of service, but insisted on obtaining my insurance information anyway. Millcreek incorrectly went ahead and billed my insurance company and now I receive weekly demands for the balance payment from their billing service in Atlanta, Georgia who refuses to acknowledge receipt of payment or to even contact Millcreek in Salt Lake City. Millcreek has created a huge problem and won't fix it. I would avoid this business.
