"EVIL is a good name for them. I had a bill from Lone Peak ER go to them, which didn't make any sense related to the fact I had full coverage car insurance and medical insurance. The ER just never submitted the bill after several calls to them. So it went to express recovery. We called and told them who was responsible for the bill but they want you to do all the leg work. So I called GEICO several times and gave them the information. Finally after getting the process started and notified Express Recovery they in turn sent something to my job to garnish my wages. They said if they get the money from my check before Geico and then receive the payment from Geico they will reimburse me.. for some reason with the above complaints I feel they will double dip and take both. They have very poor customer service. What a sad disappointing company for a Utah Company.…

Company wanted more money than any I could afford to bring my payments down. I explained my situation but they did not care one bit. They only wanted money. I understood that matter.

Sent them my medical collections, they've stolen our money.. We sent our medical collections to Express recovery 2 years ago. We've recently learned that they have collected debts from our customers, however we have yet to receive a single penny from them. Guilty until proven innocent is their motto, rude treatment, refusal to document claims.. This place is too lazy to check a person's claim about a bill -- in this case a medical bill which was not resubmitted to the insurance company as their client was REPEATEDLY instructed and which ERS was also told REPEATEDLY. They are mostly rude and superior. There was ONE exception in all my dealings with these people. They are so bad my wife is afraid to go in and talk to them. Which, of course, you have to do if you want their supposed documentation. Their shyster -- sorry, lawyer -- has all the personality of a junkyard dog, and sends "summons"es that have not been filed yet as a scare tactic.…
Worst agency around!!!. I used this service. Not very customer friendly. And I never got my money. I actually think they pocket the funds; if they ever do collect.
