Takes HORRIBLE Customer Service to NEW LEVEL. I'm a local law enforcement officer in the Salt Lake Valley, and have been for almost 20 years. Many suppliers have come and gone, and most have had poor customer service, as they know local police supply options are limited.

During the FARM's existence, I've personally had multiple orders for equipment and uniforms take MONTHS. Realy?!-In today's world?! I have a simple and common uniform order in now that is going on 5 MONTHS!!

The problem is, they have contracts with local agencies and only care about those contracts. They butter-up the local department heads with freebies and deals, then have ZERO regard for individual customer service.

The uniforms side is bad, but the firearms and equipment side is even worse. Walk in, and unless you are a recognized SWAT Officer or department head, you will be treated like a trespasser.

I guess they feel they have everyone by the "short-hairs" and haven't heard of the internet yet. I WILL ONLY EVER BUY WHAT MY DEPARTMENT MANDATES FROM THIS CIRCUS, AND WILL ONLY DO THAT WITH A SICK STOMACH...
