Don't go to the Target at 5600 West approximately 2400 South in West Valley City, Utah. Although MOST of the employees who work there are courteous and eager to help, There is one woman who works there who is very rude to customers and treats them like they are 'below' her. Was so disappointed by her rudeness and lack of manners and maturity.

AMAZING STORE!. I absolutely love this store! They always have great deals on the Up and Up/ Market Pantry brands, even better than Walmart! But UNLIKE Walmart, the store is always clean, beautiful and easy to navigate, and the shopping carts always work! Deals to grab: refrigerated bagels in the back are just $1.25 a bag, they are a staple for us, The BEST price on Breyers' Ice Cream (my husband's favorite), Shrimp for around $5 lb, Frozen chicken breasts $5-6 for 40 oz, $2- 2.50 for Market Pantry Cereals 16-20 oz, (we love the frosted mini wheat kind), buy 1.5 lb of deli meat get .5 lbs of cheese free (we love sandwiches for lunch!) and gorgeous decor items at great prices, and best of all, no trashy people, yucky smells or annoying crowding.

Love Taget. As the big boxes go, I really like Target. They have good merchandise (though it's not as cool as it use to be). Prices are good. Staff is friendly.

No Customer Satisfaction!. I would never recommend using Targets registry. You CAN'T exchange a anything, if you happen to get doubles or decide you don't need it, unless you have a gift receipt. It doesn't matter if it is on your registry. So what does Target recommend you do if you don't get a gift receipt? They tell you to ask your guest for it... as if! To make things worse, I went to exchange something that I did have a gift receipt for but they expire after 90 days and in my case the gift was sent to my parents house in another state and was driven out to me after the gift receipt expired. You would think Target would understand that with events like this gifts come late but NO, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Using Target was an absolute nightmare. I would think twice about buying from an company who does not know the meaning of customer satisfaction!

Worst Customer Service. Tonight I came to your Target in Fort Union, Utah, to do some grocery shopping and exchange a defective CD, I received for Christmas. I approached your customer service desk and was told that I could not get a new cd due to not having a receipt. I respect that, however, this cd was purchased at your store and would not work in 3 different cd players. I wanted the EXACT same cd, just one that would work; I understand copy right laws and would have been happy to have your associate open it for me right then and there. I was very discouraged, I was stuck with a cd I really wanted but did not work. I went next door to Circuit City and explained that my husband had purchased this cd at your TARGET store and your associate would not take it back. All I wanted was to replace the exact same CD. They were very nice and willing to help me. I then went across the street and did my grocery shopping at Albertson's. Target I am VERY disappointed in your customer service, I was shocked that Circuit City would take care of a DEFECTIVE ITEM THAT YOU SOLD ME!!!! . We do our grocery shopping weekly at your TARGET store. We will no longer be shopping at Target for our personal or business use. Circuit City is where we will be shopping for electronics for now on.

Very Disappointed.

Red-shirted salespeople guide shoppers through the bright, well organized stores. From housewares to lawn care, Target stores are always clean and welcoming.
