Don't go to Mark Miller Subaru. The Subaru Impreza 2008 that we bought from this dealership was presented to us as "no previous accidents, no problems with the car". When we went to trade it in 8 months later it turned out that the car had been in an accident but Carfax didn't have it on the list and that there was framework damage to the car as a result of this accident.

I'm not sure the salesman knew it but there is no doubt the dealership knew.

So we were lied to by the dealership, bought a car we wouldn't have bought otherwise and paid much more than it was worth to that.

Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody.

No Pressure Sales. I went into Mark Miller to see what inventory they had in my price range. From the moment I walked in, everyone was helpful, polite, and welcoming. Jordan, one of the sales consultants was immediately able to assist me and was an outstanding listener. He took down all the information that I provided regarding my desires in a car. In addition, I was offered a drink and made to feel very comfortable. Most of all, I did not feel pressured at all. All of my options were explained to me and I was able to make a decision on my own. Jordan also drove me around neighboring car yards to see if they had any cars that might be enticing. He even walked me around the service area, just so I could get a feel for the type of service I might expect if I needed a repair. Ultimately, I did not buy anything, but I would not hesitate to go back or recommend the dealership to a friend.

Suberific Service!. I've only dealt with the dealership on about 3600 S State st, but they are awesome! They are friendly, get my parts orders right and actually care about their customers. THANKS PARTS DEPT! I bought a pre-owned Subaru from a private owner but when I shopped their used car lot they were equally as courteous and professional, not rushed or impatient.
