Great service at 6:30 AM. I went in for bagels to take to friends at the filming of College Gameday, Go UTES!, and the service was excellent and they even gave me a discount. Love them. So nice and I got everything I needed.
Terrible service. Every time I go to the 200 so. location something is always missing from my order. It is not a diffcult order. All I order is a turkey bagel with all the vegtables. Doesn't sound too difficult but for some reason they can never get it right and today they forgot the turkey. How do you forget turkey in a turkey sandwhich. I will never never never go back to Einstein again. It is too much trouble and too expensive.
customer service. I recently went to the store on 1500 S. and ordered a bagel sandwich with turkey. Too make a long story short, the bagel was old and hard, and the meat smelled spoiled. I went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager. I explaned the situation, she rolled her eyes and grunted. I asked her for another one, she said it would just taste the same. I told her I would never go back. I would never go back to this store again.
yum!. My partner and I live about a mile from the Redwood rd. location in West Jordan (or is it Taylorsville by the time we get there....I dunno), and it's already become our regular weekend breakfast. The bagels are great! He always gets the ham and cheese omlet bagel, and although I find scrambled eggs revolting in both smell and appearance, he tells me it's great. I alternate between the Turkey pannini with cheese and this tomato spread on it (no bacon!) and the regular tukey with veggies and dijon on a bagel. Everything we've had has been great! Service is a little touch and go, especially when it's busy, but they appear to be high school kids for the most part, and do their best. Just make sure to repeat any changes you'd like made to the standard menu item more than once. My partner swears by their oj. The only downside for us is that it is, like most places here, generally crawling with very loud children with very inattentive parents. But that's what takeout is for.
All the fixings and more at this bagel-driven breakfast and lunch chain..
In Short
These casual and cheery cafes satisfy any carb craving with hundreds of possible combinations. Twenty types of bagel--from sun-dried tomato to asiago to potato--are made to order with an array of deli meats, condiments and specialty "schmears," which come in more low-fat flavors than regular varieties. Signature panini, salads and the popular "bagel dog" tide over afternoon crowds, as do handy to-go lunchboxes for individuals and parties.
yummy bagels. I just moved from out of state and had never had Einstein bagels. I tried one at work and it was great. It was tasty and not too dry. The spread was also very good.
