Best Gift Store and Best Staff!. I was recommended by a friend to go to the “cutest store ever”. She was right! There was so much fun stuff to look at! Besides all the fun eye candy the staff was amazing. I always get a little intimidated to walk into boutiques but I was pleasantly surprised at how sweet and helpful they were. I had a couple gifts to buy and was given many great suggestions by the staff. I walked out with a couple gifts for my friends and a couple for myself. I will definitely go back!

great stuff but horrible help. I found the perfect lamp, but when I tried to purchase it, they told me it was on hold until tomorrow. Ok, so I went back the next day (2nd trip) and they told them then I would need to come back at the end of the day. I left my phone number and asked them to call me in case she came and bought it so that I wouldn't waste the trip, but whne I went back at day's end, I got a long list of excuses of how busy they had been (there was no one in the store when I went in) and so they hadn't called. Needless to say, three trips and still no lamp. So then I custom ordered it, paying on the spot. I asked for someone to call me when it was ordered and give me an idea of the wait time. They said no one would be able to order until Monday. Fine, I said. But then on the following Wednesday, someone called asking if I wanted to order the lamp or not. What??? Most people don't pay in advance for a lamp they don't want ordered. The owners may be savvy shoppers, but their retail help needs some serious help.

AWESOME SLC BOUTIQUE. LOVE Hip and Humble! The gals that run it are awesome! They have amazing taste. They have very unique rugs...got one for my entry. I love their jewelry...it's so affordable and cool! The home furnishings are always so fashion-forward. Love the bath products, and the stuff for babies and kids is to-die-for! The location is perfect- right up the street from all the darling boutiques of 9th and 9th. I ALWAYS find perfect gifts whenever I pop over. I would HIGHLY recommend it. You get one-of-a-kind stuff while supporting a great local business.

Best Gift Shop. Hip & Humble is the best place to buy a gift in Salt Lake! Everytime I go in I am greeted, welcomed and find so many treasures. The atmosphere is so pleasing, and fun to browse. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Plus, they now have some great womens clothes! My favorite things to buy there are wallets, bags, and knick knacks for the home. They also have great lamps and rugs!
