Lots of fun. I did security for these events last year! They were lots of fun even from my point of view (which was at the main gate lol) All kinds of people and all kinds of music and somewhere where your kids can play while you relax!

Need proof that there's a huge community of fun-loving people in Salt Lake? Head to one of these free shows.. In Short
Every Thursday evening in July and August, downtown Salt Lake becomes a happening place to be. Culture-hungry locals come by in droves for free concerts, friendly people and what always turns out to be one big party. The musicians brought to Salt Lake by the Twilight Concert Series always come with the highest recommendations, and always bring a different flavor to the Gallivan Center: sometimes Latin, sometimes country or bluegrass, sometimes straight-up rock and roll.

it's awesome. This is one of my favorite places to go in the summertime. I love the music and the crowd. There isn't a more diverse crowd than the one that comes to these concerts. It truly is a great event if you love the arts and music.

Fantabulous. I have only had the opportunity to attend the John Mayall concert. The Calif. Trio was a great opening act. Mayall & the Bluesbreakers still have what it takes to Rock the House. I have never seen that many people at the G. Center and every one I talked to had nothing but praise for the concert and the entire Twilight Concert Series. SLC knows how to treat the citizens of Utah. Keep On Keeping On

Twilight Concerts. The Twilight Concert Series is the best place to go for free live music, arts, and great food from different countries. Music goes from The Mahotella Queens(South African singers) to John Mayall to The Blind Boys of Alabama. Also you can get a look at the arts including: jewelery, clothing, massages, body art, paintings, photographs, and much more. The food there is the greatest you can get at a good price. Ranging from Greek to Polish to Itailian.
