I LOVE MANHATTAN LOFT.
I Travel through Salt Lake City frequently and a stop at Manhattan Loft is a must!
The friendly and helpful staff now know me by name and always make me feel at home. All my platform beds and frames have been ordered from Manhattan Loft and arrived promptly and in perfect condition.
Don't visit Salt lake without a visit to their showroom or through their great website to view all their beautiful furniture and accessories.…
My favorite furinture store!. Manhattan Loft carries the type of furniture I expect to see in larger cities like San Francisco or New York. I have special ordered several items, including an Innovation brand platform bed and mattress. The first frame that arrived was too large to fit through the stairs to my finished attic space and they happily took the frame back and ordered a two piece frame that I could assemble myself. The staff is always eager to please and I am always excited to see what new items they have available.…
Customer Service is More than Lacking. M.L. contacted me and requested that I update this rating. A past problem with M.L. has been resolved. The store allowed me to take a floor model and gave me a 15% discount. When we purchased our lamp, we were told that they could not release a floor model under any circumstance. Getting the 15% was a battle. Store employees insisted that the manager would never give me anything more than 10%. Three of the four lights were burnt out and the store only wanted to compensate us for three of them but finally took of $16 for four replacement bulbs (which we had to go to Home Depot and purchse for $7.99 each!). With the replacement bulbs costing more than they said they would, the request for a floor model being denied, and the hassle in getting the promised discount, I still wouldn't recommend M.L. Great selection, poor service.…
If you've ever wanted to live like Will or Grace, this is where you score the stuff..
The Scene
Located unobtrusively on 700 East, this uptown-style furniture shop reeks pleasantly of East Coast-ness. In fact, it's a little difficult to tell if this place is a store, design
firm or second home. Fortunately, the clerks have a distinctly West Coast attitude. They are gracious and will happily guide their jeans-wearing customers through the elaborate showrooms.
The Goods
Trendy furniture for every room--living room, bedroom, espresso room, you name it. There's an especially sleek collection of lamps, as well as some funky wall art. Sorry, no cabin-style bunk beds. It's not Target, but prices are still competitive.…
