Jasmine China Bistro & Sushi

Can't believe what they did.... My husband and I went to Jasmine's for lunch, the food was good, we waited a long time for food but we weren't in a hurry so it didn't bother me to much, we paid we left, later that day I was balancing my checking account and noticed that I had two charges from Jasmine's one being the bill and the other was a 40$ charge and I didn't know what it was for, so I called and the manager said he would find and out call back, he never called back and when I called no one would answer the phone, finally I reach the manager who tells me that our waiter charged our card for another tables order and didn't know how to void it so he charged us again for our bill and then didn't tell anyone about it, he just ignored it, I assume hoping that i wouldn't notice the charge... so the manager tells me they voided it and I should get my money back in three days. he handled it like it was no big deal, no sorry, he didn't try to make amends just hung up, to be honest if he had charged our card told his manager about his mistake and they had explained what happened I wouldn't have been mad but he didnt, he chose to lie. SO IF YOU EAT AT JASMINE'S CHECK YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN YOU GET HOME, YOU MAY HAVE PAID FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD.…

Check your Bill before you Pay. My wife and I have been going to Jasmine for years now and have always been happy with the quality of the food. We always get take out. Just today found a problem. The bill I got for the takeout dinner was $7.18 MORE than the stated prices. If you order from the internet menu, the prices are significantly (average 25% lower) than what you will actually be charged.

I was overcharged $7.18 on what should have been a $26.85 bill. Actual charge was $34.03.

ok food, long wait. My friends and I went to Jasmine, we were seated and then...nothing. We waited over 20 minutes at our table(in plain sight) without even being approached. Finally my friend went up to the hostess and pointed out that we had been ignored/forgotten. She quickly alerted our waitress, claimed that it was her fault for not telling the waitress we were there and we were offered free sodas. I said we'd rather have free edamame instead of soda, they were fine with that and the evening proceeded like a normal night at an alright restaurant.…
