Very noisy.The whole time I could hear high heels clacking and chairs scraping on the floor above me. When I complained, they blamed it on "the Sundance girls." I had even changed my reservation, so that it would be prior to Sundance. I asked to speak to the owner, but they wouldn't give me a contact number. I left my number, but she never called me. I also went back several times to talk to her, but they never let me see her. They only gave me a 10% discount. There are other excellent places in Park City to get the quiet ambience that you are paying for. The services were good, but not great. I couldn't relax and enjoy them d/t the noise, which was distracting and annoying.

Know Before You Go:
Treatments range from $40 for a facial, to $125 for the salt glow. A two-hour package costs $210. Take-home jars of salt glow and body butter are around $16 each.
Parking:
You're better off parking on one of the side streets, or in a nearby pay lot if you're planning on shopping for a while.
