In the tradition of Tiffany's, this upscale gift boutique is the place to impress.. The Scene
O.C. Tanner is one of the largest gem buyers in the world. And they look it. With marble floors, glittering glass counters, and dressed-to-the-nines employees, this downtown shop is more than just a little intimidating. Yet in spite of that Fifth Avenue look, the staff is attentive, knowledgeable and relaxed. They encourage questions, offer literature, and allow you to leave the store in a non-bankrupt state.

Good For
Wedding rings, engagement rings, fine jewelry, watches and gifts. Services are abundant, including custom design and special orders.

Who's Buying
Young couples buying rings, and older couples seeking anniversary gifts. You'll also spot the occasional businessman purchasing a recognition award for a valued employee.

What You'll Spend
While prices are competitive, brace yourself to pay more than you'd pay at a mall shop. Rings range anywhere from two to sixty thousand dollars, while watches can go as high as 100 grand.

fabulous!. I have had a wonderful experience with O.C. Tanner. They have wonderful service and are very accomidating. Their attention to detail is refreshing.

Condescending and rude. Terrible service, the staff are condescending and rude and act as if I couldn't afford anything in their store--which is absolutely untrue--looks can be deceiving Omar. I had a problem with a repair and they sent me to the factory store, why??? No good explanation. I would never recommend this place to anyone that I care about.
