The Scene
It's small, colorful and bright, with cheerful music on the jukebox and an Elvis portrait above the bar. It gets crowded on weekend mornings and during the dinner rush, so be prepared for a short wait.
The Food
Breakfast is the star, with unusual twists offered on the usual array of morning menu choices. Huevos rancheros Lobiani, for example, substitutes a huge biscuit for tortillas. Omelettes and Blue Benedict are also popular. Lunch and dinner is mostly about sandwiches and burgers. Larger specialties include chicken-fried steak (smothered in a killer ham-filled country gravy) and meat loaf. Don't miss the flavored mashed potatoes--pesto lovers will die for the intense basil, while the garlic and horseradish choices also get high marks.

Astounding food. We've been for Breakfast and Lunch and both are amazing. Staff sports numerous tatoos and body piercings but all are very friendly and prompt. I'm tempted to tell everyone the food and service is poor so there will less of a line to wait through, but the honest truth is this is a great find.

The food is to die for, especially if you like omelets. If you like people you will not mind the tight fitting space.

My experience at this restaurant has always been great. Everyone there seems to be working hard and is friendly. The food is great and there is a lot of variety to choose from. I like that the menu is long and there are many vegetarian options. Velvet Elvis doesn't hurt either!
