Big, Almost Too Big. The last time I went to Barbacoa it was awesome. I would definately have to say that the Honey Sweet Pork Burrito is the best Sweet Pork in all of Utah. There is nothing that compares to it. I read that some people are saying they don't give out too much food. That is true if you tell them not to put an item on, but if you tell them as follows: Rice, black beans, sweet pork, cheese, all three salsas, sour cream, lettuce, and cilantro, then you will see that the burritos become so big the workers can hardly fold them up. Get yourself a water (or 1.59 for a soda) and you have a complete filling meal for only $7.00! That's not too bad if you ask me.…

I suspect they use MSG. I have had a migraine for 2 days ever since I ate a chicken burrito at Barbacoa. I suspect they are using MSG in their cooking. It can also cause stomach and intestinal problems (which I read in another review) I will not be going back there.…

Best Burrito's in town. I love this place, I recently made friends with one of the staff and every time I come in he gives me a free soda :) Also, try this combination, it's the only one I get Burrito, no rice, Pinto Beans, Barbacoa Pork, Cheese, Hot Sauce, Sour Cream, Lettuce..... mm delicious, and there Salsa to go with the chips is incredible.…
