I have shoped at most electonic places and one thing that I find that is the same at every one of them is that the people that work their usually aren't very knowledgeble about what they sell. I was surprised at the level of customer service that I recieved at TV Specialists, but more than that (as I excpect good customer service anywhere I shop) The level of knowedge that the salesmen I talked to had was amazing, He actually knew what he was talking about and was able to answer questions that the others couldn't, (or had answered wrong). I was also treated with the most respect and the people there were friendly. It is nice in this day and age to find a store that can help and give you the information needed to make an educated purchase decision
Pros: knowedgeble salesmen, good equipment, good prices

If you like watching your 9" for THREE weeks while your 32" is getting repaired, this is the place. Show Room - Before picking up my T.V. from the repair center I stopped in the sales room to ask a few questions regarding SONY vs SONY XBR. I understand the basics I need specifics. I was spoken to as though I were an idiot. He appeared to be annoyed I even aked him a question. No one else in the show room but me, I quess he was more interested in standing around than customer service. Repair shop - wheeled my television out, NO help to the car offered. When I discoverd they wrote the contact phone number down incorrectly, an apology was nevered offered. In fact the girl looked at me as if to say, dumb ass gave us the wrong number. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUXS at T.V. Specialist.
Pros: NICE SELECTION, GOOD LOCATION
Cons: RUDE, SLOW, EXPENSIVE
