Beware this dental practice

Don't use this dental office. They will overbill you for services and resort to collection and litigation. There are better offices to work with out there. Don't live the nightmare.

No contact information on his business card

I met Lowell K. Anderson and told him that I wanted to contact him later. He handed me his business card with just his name and some information about his qualifications (which were really not all that impressive, by the way). Unfortunately there was no address, phone number, e-mail, website or any other contact information. He also has the audacity and unmitigated gall to put on the back of his card "A Passion for Excellence". What a joke! I find no contact information on a business card to be very odd and quite frankly, very, very suspicious!! I have never, ever received a business card from a professional with NO contact information on it and I have received thousands in my lifetime! I am a multi-millionaire doctor with a likeable personality and CEO of two companies. Why he would even have cards like that made up just appears very shady to me, like he does not really want to be found. Why would a dentist not want to be contacted if he is above board and honest? VERY, VERY STRANGE!! I would tread very lightly and be very cautious about doing business, actually I would not be a customer of someone who did not have any contact information on their business card. I could understand not wanting to give a business card out to someone you did not want to be contacted by, but to go to the trouble of getting cards made up without contact information is a cause for concern and alarm!

Horrible!!!!

Went in for a routine implant- about 6 months later I was left with a gaping hole in my gums, a painful sensitive tooth, and more expenses than I was told or expected. This doctor left me high and dry and worse off than I started without any remorse. He took my money even though the procedure was incomplete and charged me every step of the way for every mistake he made. I went back numerous times to fix the problem only to be charged every time with very little to no results. Finally I stopped going and decide to quite while I still had an upper gum line. Make sure you understand everything you sign, Dr. Anderson is very careful about any potential mistakes he may make and will charge you every step of the way- for better or worse.

I am very very unpleased with my experience and will go to any length to help anyone avoid what I went through.

Buyer beware!!!!
