out of 10 I would give it a 6 – We went there with our family. The wait was quite long, but we were okay with that. The room was way to dark, that was not okay. The food was just barely above average. We were told that it was as good or better than the Mandarin. Not So! Not Even Close!
GREAT EVENING OUT! – Visited last Monday for the first time. We beat the rush by arriving at 5 p.m. The lettuce cup appetizers were fabulous! A definite must! Also had the honey shrimp, pork fried rice, and mongolian beef. Excellent evening! Service couldn't have been better and we were able to sit in a booth and watch as the rush began! Get there early!
An experience – Amazing food and an all around amazing dining experience. I am so glad we have one in Utah County now as well.
All I can say is LETTUCE WRAPS! I love the ala carte, you can try 5 different things at once instead of ordering one item. But you definitely need to try the lettuce wraps.
Chinese Food? – This is not Chinese, it's American food, the setting is beautiful and romantic, but, do you call this Chinese food?
Good food - long wait! – The food here is really good but the wait is so long. If you like chinese food with a flair - this is your place. Just make sure you and your party get their early to put your name down on the list. Sometimes they will not seat you if your whole party isn't there. The atmoshere is cool but don't expect to have a private conversation - it's very loud!
Yummy – The food was absolutely fablous. The enviroment is elegant but the wait was a hour. Id give it 4 stars 5 if we didnt have to wait.
The worst food and bad service – Save your money and your time this food and the service and the horrible waitress and greeter.
Wow! what crap!
Noisey and lame.........Over priced chinese food.
lifesaver – I was diagnosed with celiac disease(gluten intolerance) a year ago and was devasted that the foods I used to enjoy, would be off limits. Chinese has always been my favorite food. However, soy sauce is made from wheat. When I found out from a support group that I could eat at P.F Changs, I was skeptical. I went there, and told my waiter my problem. I found out that staff member had been educated about celiac disease. They catered to my every need. I can't tell you how much this means to me. I can now go somewhere, and feel like I'm not the odd man out. Thank you P.F Changs. You saved me. I cannot thank you enough
Impressed – I am not much of a chain restaurant lover, but I do make exeptions and PF Chang is one of them ( for lunch) My favorite "Chinese" lunch place.
