Patriotic park perfect for those who want a taste of canyon scenery while keeping within range of downtown. – Overview
Memory Grove is dedicated to Utah veterans and to the memory of those who died while serving in various battles, from World War I to the Vietnam War. It features peaceful greenery and the quiet sounds of City Creek. The striking veteran monuments offer interesting diversions while you enjoy an afternoon by the Harbor of Beauty pond.
City Creek runs through the park with trails on either side. On the east bank, you'll find the unpaved Freedom Trail. On the west, you can follow the narrow road all the way up to City Creek Canyon. Just a few steps up the canyon, dog lovers will find one of the city's rare off-leash areas.
Quietest park in Utah – This is the most quiet and serene park in all of Utah. It is made for hiking, walking and biking.
