Really good!. This was my friend's choice for her birthday lunch. Our total was $26.50 for two calzones and an appetizer of bread and cheese dip, with water to drink. The bread of the calzone was absolutely delicious and was obviously very fresh and made when I ordered it. They are large enough that they can be shared. Seating is tight, about 5 booths and a counter with stools in the whole place. We got the last booth and some customers who came in after us had to wait. All in all, it was a good experience.

Favorite restaurant of all time!. This is one of my favorite restaurants of all times. I have been going here for about 7 years now. They have the BEST killer cheese dip I have ever had and their buffalo chicken pizza is to die for. I have always had great service every time I have been there. The restaurant is small but very cozy and clean. Sometimes you have to wait if they are full but it is definitely worth the wait.

Bad Service Good Pizza. Damn Good Pizza but over priced. The service was horrible I ordered ahead and waited an hour in a half. I will go back for the pizza but to hell with the service

Try the killer cheese dip!. I am not a huge fan of pizza but I crave the Rusted Sun. I LOVE their killer cheese dip. The dip contains mozzarella, Romano and cream cheeses blended with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and artichoke hearts. I also love the pesto chicken pizza. This pizza comes with mozzarella, chicken, artichoke hearts, red onion, pine nuts and the pesto sauce. There isn?t a lot of room inside this restaurant and sometimes it gets very crowded and the service can be a little slow but I keep going back for that addictive dip!

Fantasic Pizza. I love place as much as I love the Pie. Yeah the service can be bad but the pizza is worth it. I've never been disappointed with anything on the menu.

Where have I been the past 6 years?. Obviously not hitting the right pizza joints.

Rusted Sun Pizzeria, on State Street a block or so north of 21st South, has an incredible chicken bleu pizza (chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese, red peppers, red onions, although I had them substitute fresh tomato for the red peppers) ? it?s too bad they?re halfway across town, and don?t deliver ? but I just might have to make the occasional ?swing by on my way home from work? run. Much better than The Pie or any other pizza I?ve found locally. And we San Franciscans like to think we can do pizza as good as New York or Chicago.

Great food...wish the same could be said for the service. The food is great if you can actually get it. Orders have been messed up more than once. Not convenient for work lunches. Take out orders often denied. Staff can be rude.

Great pizza but iffy service. The pizza really is the best in town - I love it - but their service can be really bad. Recently on a Sunday night they decided they were not interested in doing takeout orders so they just took the phone off the hook for the whole evening. We drove by and saw they were open (we live very close) and went in to try to place an order and practically had to beg them to take our order. I appreciate taking care of your customers in the restaurant first, but when you only have 5 or 6 tables, it gave the impression to everyone in our party that they were just being lazy.

Of course they have the right to be as busy or not busy as they would like; but taking the phone off the hook and trying to talk you out of ordering when you stop in is just poor service to loyal customers. It's been our favorite pizza for years.

good pizza. the pizza was very good. The price seemed a little high. The chicken wings were chunks of skinless chicken with frands red hot. These tasted good but not your normal chicken wing. Service was great...

Best pizza in town by far. Really excellent. Even their fast lunch special pizza is good. Only pizza

in town I like a lot. A+.
