I want you to know that Dr.Grant A. Fairbanks and Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks(a father & son team) they are the BEST! They took on a very complicated job when they met my daughter and they are so kind and educated. They did five series of surgery to fix my daughters deformities and they didn't bat an eye at the amount of work it would take. They comforted our daughter and loved her through all of her fears on the day of surgery. We were turned down by every organization (Shriner's) and they did such good work. They practiced many times before each surgery to give her their best work. Her ear is beautiful! If it weren't for them we would never have gotten our daughter's microtia taken care of. We are so happy and so lucky to have found out about them! They are our DREAM COME TRUE!!! They just don't know how they are loved and appreciated! We are so thankful for their ability to take on something so hard and make friends with our family and welcome us with open arms. They took care of our daughter that meant so much to us.
Pros: nothing is too hard or complicated let alone out of their reach.

Not only was Dr. Fairbanks professional, his staff was friendly and efficient. The extensive consultation helped me to weigh all of my options and I could imagine how I would look after surgery. Dr. Fairbanks is meticulous with his plan and procedure, unlike some plastic surgeons who try to run you in and out just as fast as they can - we all know what those results look like. I've seen some friends come out with a Little Piggy or M. Jackson nose and it was disastrous. The healing went extremely well and Dr. Fairbanks saw me personally on more than one occasion to ensure that scaring was minimal. My rhinoplasty was a success! It is incredible, I still look like myself, with a bit more polish. End result, my friends and family have to do a double take when they look at me - they know I look different, but it's not a drastic result. Just what I imagined! Thanks Dr. Fairbanks for my new wonderful nose!!!!!!
