Poor Patient Billing Service.
After almost one year from date of service with Dr. Leonard's office, they have not cleared up the account, but have hounded for small bill of $42.00, which Lisa, the office manager, stated on June 10, 2008 that she "would write it off."
On December 16, 2008, a telephone message with threats of collections was left. Upon calling the office, Jamie stated that she "did not know anything about it, but would write it off" and hung up. She offered no apology for the message nor billing error. I called back and wanted to report it to the doctor's attention, Jamie stated, "Go ahead! I don't care."
Understandably, billing mistakes happen. But no attempt at courteous, professional service was rendered.
