Great computer help!!. This is the second time I have used Video Wholesale.This was on 2 different computers that were used when I got them. I was pleased with how knowledgeable they were and their rates were great and were applied towards any repair. They do the work as quickly as possible. One was a two day(because I brought it in just before closing) and the second one was same day service.

Easy to get to and such a beautiful setting.

Purchased a new laptop. I was looking for a new laptop and came across these guys. I had specific things I was looking for, I knew I wanted a nice LED screen, nice speakers as well as a long battery life, Mark the owner seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, at a price I could afford, much cheaper then what I found at a couple of the big brand stores. I am very pleased with my new Samsung laptop. Gary, the computer tech ,also very knowledable, not only loaded the new antispyware to keep my laptop safe he informed me what to look for and do in case I do become infected.

I would recommend these guys for your next computer purchase.

Very Disappointed and Embarassed. I've used Video Wholesale a few times in the past with great results. My friend was having trouble pulling data off of her external hard drive and I recommended them to her. I was horrified with the way they treated her. Her boyfriend backed up her computer onto an external hard drive. Shortly after, he died suddenly during a ski trip. She had thousands of pictures of their time together that she wanted to access. She could see the files on the drive but we couldn't open them. She talked to several people and another computer shop when I recommended Video Wholesale because there were lots of reviews online about this particularl hard drive re-writing over the data once it was plugged back into a computer. My husband is a software engineer and he looked at the drive and could see all the programs but the software was missing to extract them and there were no online manuals. When my friend called the first time to see if they had time, the response she got was "we might be able to get the data off depending on how much you've screwed it up." I went with her to drop off the drive. The gentleman taking the order did not want any information from us. I tried to tell him we could see all the files but didn't know what software to use. My friend tried to ask about pulling the files off and onto something besides the external hard drive. The response we got was "we don't need any infomation from you but we're happy to listen to you just talk." Well, they looked at the drive and said yes, you just need to download the software. As if we didn't know that. And they did tell us which file to download which was helpful. But, they wouldn't pull the files off the drive for her. They still charged her for the service which I'm sure took 5 minutes. I had hoped to help a friend out during a difficult time and I was very embarassed about taking her to a place that was rude and not willing to help. I wonder what has changed at a shop that used to be great. Can no longer recommend.

They saved my data!!. i first took my computer to bestbuy and they told me my hd was bad and my info was gone. i had important info on it and decided to take it to get a second opinion. after talking with them i decided to leave it with them. the following day i was informed they COULD save my pictures and hundreds of albums i spent years saving. at just under $200 it was less than bestbuy wanted and they couldn't even save my data! i highly recommend them and will be going back for virus removal as i get them on a regular basis. hehe

Beautiful shop. Immediate service on my data recovery saved my photos and excell files paid $45 to find out what went wrong then later that afternoon it was all fixed for $90 total including the first 45 I will definstely be back for film transfers too

Yes, they fixed my computer while I waited. I paid $35 for an estimate, which applied to the cost of repair. I had spyware & bad settings, and cost me only $49 ! That is a deal in here in Salt Lake, where I expected to pay that for an estimate only!
