Wonderful People. I have been buying nutcrackers from this shop for years but it wasn't till recent that I was having a problem with my Rolex that I found out how wonderful they really are. The service I received was top notch. The watch repairman was very knowledgeable, I was surprised that I was able to speak directly with him. The repair was finished quite fast, much faster than if I had sent it somewhere. Best of all my watch now looks brand new. I am so happy I will continue to do business for years to come.

These guys are Great. I am so happy with these guys. They recently came out and repaired my 45 year old Grandfather clock. I called and set up an appointment then the next day Norm called and said he had an opening that afternoon. Norm was so nice he showed me how to adjust the timing and the chime. I am so glad to have my clock working again. Thanks Norm for the fast service.

Waste of Time. This place is not what some people may claim. They were rude and WAY expensive. They claim to be the best price but I can assure you that is false. I won't be going back. There are better places out there to get your watch fixed. Two thumbs down!

gog. I brought my watch in for repair and hadn't heard back after patiently waiting for 1-1/2 month. So I called in and turned out not only the watch is ready for pick up, but they don't even know how much more time would be necessary. The guy I talked to was extremely rude and I certainly was not treated like their valuable customer though I've dealt with them several times in the past. I understand they maybe dealing with uncertainty but the person could've handled our conversation in a much better/professional manner as I'm the customer here and not him!! He had an upper hand in our conversation and didn't even seem sorry for the lengthy wait without any communications whatsoever. I'd never deal with them again!!

Best Watch repair. First off when I went into the store I was greeted by one of the sales staff, I told them I had a watch problem. the salesman then took me over to talk directly with the watch repairman he was able to stop what he was doing and open up the watch (my rolex) and look at it right then. He told me what was wrong and let me know what was recomended. I was told the repair would then take 3-4 weeks. after about 2 1/2 weeks I called to check on the repair and was told it would onlt be a few more days and then 2 days later I recieved a call that the repair was finnished. When I went it to pick up the repair I was very happy to see than the watch looked as nice as the day it was NEW and now after wearing the watch for a few weeks I can see that it keeps better time than when it was new. I will be a customer for life these guys are great.

worst experience ever. I took my husband's watch in to get fixed. It was supposed to be a surprise for Xmas so I took it in on Nov. 30th because the watch has sentimental value but hadn't worked for a few years. The man looked over the watch and told me it would probably cost more to fix than the watch is worth. I told him the cost was irrelevant, my husband doesn't want a new watch he wants that watch fixed. He said he'd call the next day with an estimate. After not hearing anything I called a week later and they told me a part had been ordered and they were waiting for it to get in. I asked if they found out what was wrong with the watch and he said the crystal just needed to be replaced and would cost about $35. I waited 2 more weeks and called again because Xmas was a week away. They said they were still waiting for the part. I asked again if they were still going to be able to repair the watch. He said yes. I got a call 3 weeks after christmas saying I could come pick up my watch since I'd opted not to have the repairs done. I called back to find out what the heck they were talking about and they said the watchmaker decided the repairs would cost more than the watch was worth. I was so livid that I didn't even want to deal with them anymore. The customer service was horrible and I said up front that cost wasn't an issue so who were they to decide whether or not it was worth it to fix the watch without talking to me. I am so upset that they ruined my husband's surprise AND the watch still doesn't work.
