This is a top notch mechanic shop!! I have had positive experience after positive experience with them. Not only personally but also with my work fleet vehicles. And I just learned they service CNGs! Listen up all you CNG drivers...FINALLY a mechanics shop that will fix your CNG and fix it right!!! I love this place!! i would recommend it to anyone and regularly do!

GREAT SHOP--I took my car to Lancer, after being quoted from another shop for work that they said needed to be done. I wanted a second opinion because they wanted so much money. Carlos let me know that almost half of the things the other shop said I had to have were not really as bad as the picture the other shop painted, and saved me over 300 dollars on the repairs they did do. It would have been easy for them to say yes, I needed everything, and just beat there price to get my business. I will come back, and refer others to them.

I am the Justin mentioned in the review below from PH59138. I have run this shop for 11 years. PH59138 did not put her name but since they have been coming here for years I recognized her from her picture. I had no idea she had any problems with our service on her last visit. I spoke with Carlos (who by the way is a fabulous person) about that day and he said he was unaware of any problems. I have since contacted them and tried to resolve the issue. As I would have and do anytime a customer has a concern.

If you are checking us out for the first time I think you will find that we do put the customer first.

Awesome Shop!!!. Without a doubt the most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to. These guys saved me over $500 from what the dealer was going to charge me. I can't thank them enough! I can buy my kids school clothes now. :-)

incompetent mechanics and unscrupulous. I went to this business with a dual fuel vehicle after their service advisor assured me they could easily handle the job. Well, they kept the car for over a month, they charged almost double the agreed upon price, and they even ended up bringing the car to the dealership to fix their mistakes! The service advisor repeatedly lied about their work and what parts they replaced. I was told that factory parts were used, but they installed many cheaper aftermarket parts. I was also told they replaced some parts at their own expense, only to find out those parts were not replaced or didn't need replacing. They broke several components in the process of 'fixing' my car and would only give it back to me under the condition of 'No Warranty on Parts or Labor'! After an astronomical bill, it was exhibiting the same symptoms as when I brought it to them! While I like to see successful, competent businesses all around me, I don't believe this lying, incompetent business should even be licensed. My advice is avoid at all costs.

Great mechanics. I've been taking my Subaru Forester to Lancer for the past few years. They've been honest with diagnostic and repair estimates and have even told me how long I can put off a repair that they could easily do. For instance, about a year ago I had several engine leaks. One of their lead mechanics prepared an estimate for me and told me how long I could wait before having each repair done. He walked me through the details and the pros and cons of waiting.

All of their staff are friendly and honest. It's not easy to find a reliable, honest place for car repairs. I'm glad I found Lancer.

best mechanics anywhere. Lancer Automotive has been servicing our cars for the past 15 years. They are always kind, patient, and, above all, honest. It is rare and wonderful to have a mechanic you can trust.

Best Mechanics in Salt Lake City!. These guys were so nice to my wife, I had to say something. Not only did they fix our car right, it was cheaper almost by half of what a dealer had quoted us and they gave my wife a ride to her work. I am so thankful to have found an honest place to take my car.

ALWAYS quality work and service. I took my car to Lancer after asking for advice from a friend of mine who is a large fleet manager (who contracts out his fleet service to Lancer) over 6 years ago. With several grown children and typically 4 or more cars to maintain I have never had a reason to go anywhere else. (And believe me, before Lancer I tried a lot of places!) They are always straight forward, honest, and quick. I highly recomend them to anyone who asks. (such as my grown children who are now on their own!)
