I would recommend!. We have had 3 weddings in our family in the last 5 years and Clarks has done the tuxedos for all of them. We went into their store the 1st time because of price but have returned several times because we were so satisfied with the quality and customer service. When we returned the tuxedos this last time, we had apparently left some items, including cash, in the pockets. This was not noticed until the tuxedos went to their wearhouse (provo?). They tracked down who's items they were and returned them to us. It would have been easy to just keep the money but they went out of their way to get it back to us. I appreciate their honesty!

Worst service ever!!. If you are planning on using this company for your wedding think again. They gave me a tux 4 sizes to big 3 days before my wedding and then said they couldn't get me my size before my wedding and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't get me in tux on one of the most important days of my life. On top of that they called and said they couldn't get my best man his tie and then when everyone showed up to pick up their tuxes on the Saturday before the wedding, whoever was supposed to open the store didn't even show up and we had to wait until late into the afternoon for someone to open the store. Worst customer service I've ever seen and on top of that the quality of their tuxes and vests is not that great. We went with Clarks to save a few bucks but learned our lesson on "You get what you pay for." which is sub-par service and poor quality. I'd go to Tuxedo Junction if you want to ensure quality and customer service. Don't take chances with this company on one of the most important days of your life.
