Jim's is my favorite neighborhood diner. The service is super fast, the coffee is good and the food is very affordable. They dont have anything fancy on the menu, everything is pretty basic. The best value is probably the dinners. You can get a good steak with all the sides and fixins for less than $9. Saturday and Sunday mornings are very busy, but I havent ever waited more than 10 minutes for a table.

Love their Greece breakfast. Every time my boys go in there that is what they order. The owners are wonderful people always stop by your table and chats a little just to see how you are and how your day is or was.
Pros: inexpensive, good parking, fairly crowded
