Best Vet in town. I've taken my baby to Redwood Veterinary Hospital for years. They are always so helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Efficient Service, Timely Reminders. Let's be honest, no one wants a trip to the vet. Especially not our cats. We like Redwood Veterinary Hospital because they send us timely email reminders listing which cat needs to come in and for what. And if we forget to get right on it they remind us again — not in an obtrusive way — just in a way where we actually get it done.

They have great doctors and great techs. It's not the fanciest vet we've ever been to — but none of that matters when the prices are better (and always clearly explained with options) and someone can actually get a pill down a cat's throat and teach you how to do the same. They are straight shooters who want the best for you furry family. Even when they tell us our cat is a butterball and needs weight control food. They are looking out for his future health — staving off joint issues, diabetes and other problems that can arise.

Poor experience. We set up our cat for boarding here and regret it...

First off, they overcharged us for the kennel. I called and got a quote from them ahed of time and after my friend dropped him off I saw on the reciept the amount was twice what I was quoted. After several frustrating phone calls, they admitted to charging for the wrong size kennel. I wasn't even offered an apology for the mixup.

They were not very friendly when I picked my cat up, he was very fat when I got him back (I don't know for sure if they followed my feeding instuctions). I could tell the girls were glad to be rid of him; not a very welcome feeling there at all. I won't be going back, I'd rather spend a few extra dollars and take him to the Petsmart Hotel or somewhere else where they are friendly and you can tell they care about your pet.

would have given 0 stars, but that wasnt an option. called ahead twice to let them know my wife was bringing my dog in and needed to hurry and get her to throw up a lot of chocolate that she ate, after she arrived they waited to treat her till they explained all the added fees not eplained over the phone, then to call me back. - over the phone they made it seem she would be treated instantly... not 25 minutes after arrival. I understand they want to confirm the estimate before they start treatment... but at least start and get the chocolate out of her system asap. not impressed with Dr passing the blame to cover himself, unprofessional

They have my business for life!. I've taken my dog to Dr. Belnap for 6 years. He performed a minor surgery on our dog per my request. I was highly impressed with his knowledge & compassion. Their prices are very reasonable & excellent customer service.

Best Veterinary in the World!!. I have been going to Redwood Veterinary for over 9 years, They are very professional, very clean and I couldln't ask for a better vet. Dr. Belnap is the best Vet. We almost lost our dog about 5 years ago and he was there to help, he contacted other collegues to get their opinion and tried many things, his care and compassion is unsurpassed. We will never go to another vet..
