Bad Customer service in Optical Dept.
Heavy set Lady Frame stylist about 300 plus pounds dark hair would not help or get out of chair to help customers, with large - 8 powers were left to looking for frames on there own for frame selections. I explained to the customer if they went that big in the frame the weight and the lens even in a high index would be ugly.
When I asked the frame stylist the progressive price she just sat there and then stated they were going to have to charge me $40.00 more for the pattern charge on 4 frames I already had the pattern for the frame and that my frames were all alike and brand new. When I questioned her about this price. She said well if you don't like the D-m price go to lenscrafters. I reported her to her regional boss
