Not great, find a different Montessori. I love the Montessori approach to education but Kid Ed on Highland did not give that. The aids are not trained in Montessori and are rude to the children. The only interaction they have is to discipline the children. There are only negative interactions. What bothered me most is that the children's "work" had a RIGHT way to do it and the children would get in trouble if they did it wrong. Because we all know that there's only 1 right way do things in this world (*note sarcasm). I understand if the child is being inappropriate or could harm himself or others but that wasn't the case. In one instance a child was building the work "correctly" but pretending it was something else and was forced to put it away because he used his imagination. Do not take your children to this particular Montessori. I don't know about their sister school on 11400S in Sandy but it's run by the same director who was incredibly rude in my interaction my her.
