Great product, great dentist!. I have worked with Dr. Poulsen for many years and I am very impressed with the quality of dentistry he provides for his patients. He is concerned for their safety during dental procedures, so, as a result, does not use sedation! Communication with the parents and the patients is important too. I feel very comfortable endorsing Dr. Poulsen, especially for those children who have had bad dental experiences at other offices. Dr Poulsen is confident and instills that confidence in his patients.…
Best Pediatric Dentist in Town!!. Dr. Poulsen is such a great dentist! I have been taking my two boys (5&7) to see him since they got their teeth in and they love it! Dr. Poulsen explains everything they need to do to my kids as well as myself. They always feel comfortable going, they love the games in the waiting area and the T.V. on the ceiling! The lady's that work there are great, very hepfull and super fun! If you don't take your kids here you're cRazy!!!…
Barbaricly antiquated dentist!!. I personally wanted to call the police!! There is a reason he doesn't let parents come back with their children during the exam or procedure. It is because if they get nervous, or uncomfortable, he has the most antiquated way of dealing with them! He is a big man, and when my daughter squirmed in the chair he thumped her on the chest and told her she'd better behave of he would tie her up!! She had a bruise on her chest from him, and had it not been there I may never have known what happend. Don't take your children here!!…
Very Good Dentist. My child has been going to Dr. Poulsen since age 3. He is a very good dentist. For a while my insurance didn't cover it because he was out of network. I found the office to be very helpful and friendly when working with billing issues. Granted I have not had any extremely large bills, but the have been great. I also especially appreciate them fitting us in for several dental emergencies.…
Is not an Orthodontist. I started my son in braces with Dr. Poulsen with the understanding that he had been trained in braces and was a certified orthodontist. His staff assured me that he was a orthodontist and has treated many orthodontic cases for years. I started my son in his braces and it wasn't until he was in treatment for about a year that I began to question Dr. Poulsen's orthodontic training. He told me he was not certified by any university and that he is not an orthodontist. Sorry to say I removed my son from treatment and found out from a real orthodontist that the treatment was not properly done. I can not believe the dishonesty i encountered in this office and would not recommend Dr. Poulsen.…
