The only gym membership I will own!. I joined Xcel in April and have loved, loved, loved working out there. The equipment is always clean as well is the gym and the dressing room areas. When I first went there I was a little apprehensive about staff - usually a lot of meatheads walking around in a gym. I have yet to find an employee at Xcel that isn't friendly and nice and helpful. They offer some amazing classes and the trainers are incredible!

With amenities such as aerobics classes, personal trainers and cardio equipment, this club can meet your fitness needs.. The Scene
At Xcel Spa & Fitness, you've got options. Loads of them. Do you want to attend an aerobics class? You can choose from over 70 weekly classes. Are you interested in working with a personal trainer? There are more than 30 of them on staff. Is it impossible for you to make it to the gym before 2am? No problem--Xcel is open 24 hours most days. Are you concerned that you won't be able to get on a treadmill? Stop worrying. There's a whole floor of cardio equipment just waiting for you.

The Workout
Weights, aerobics, cardio machines, personal training, wellness testing, daycare, nutritional store and bar, sauna, jacuzzi, tanning salon, day spa, Spinning.

Diamond in the Rough. I have never been to the Bountiful Location but I know that the Holladay location has always been a top of the line place. I had attended the Sports Mall after they bought my old gym. When my free membership was up I found Xcel and found it to be on par minus all of the tennis and pool facilities.

My first time through they told me that if any of the equipment became full, they would bring more in. I thought it was a line until I saw them bring five new eliptical trainers in a few days after I noticed only one or two available.

All of the equipment is in top of the line shape. The locker rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff is willing to bend over backwards to help you out.

Outstanding. I love the outstanding staff and atmosphere at Xcel. People there treat me like I belong and the place is clean and well equiped. I tried their new club in West Jordan and I can't believe how Beautiful it is. I would recommend this club to anyone who wants to get in shape, and be treated right while doing so, unlike other clubs that I have been to.

Kick butt members and instructors. If you are looking for a club where the members want to work hard and the instructors oblige, then it is the Xcel Club at Holladay.

There are a couple of intense cycle/spinning instructors and the all body workouts (body pump and body attack) are very popular.

great gym!. This place has everything you need to have a great workout. I pay $26 per month and was paying twice that at my old gym. Good energy at this place, everyone there is all about getting there workout on!
