I can't believe how the managment "manages" these apartments. They don't care about anything but the rent check. If you have something broken they will forget to tell maintenence 3 times and you'll sit around from 8-1 waiting when they never knew in the first place. The walls and the floors are paper thin, plan to hear everything your neighbors do and be woken up ALL THE TIME. I have lived in quite a few apartments and I have never had the problems I have here and those other apartments were a lot cheaper. When you do have complaints about the neighbors, don't plan on the managment holding up to their policy. The roads don't get cleared very often when it snows. I doubt they even do a background check on the people who live here considerding the character of my neighbors. Don't be fooled because the apartments are new, they are the loudest apartments I have ever lived in. Very cheap construction.

I have lived there for one year. I have never had a problem with this place. Management has been extremely helpful. I am currently signing another year lease because I enjoy living here so much. Great location, QUIET UNITS (I barely heard my neighbors once in one whole year), beautiful pools and clubhouse, very classy place, appliances included...need I say more? Only one complaint: mediocre parking situation in certain areas (too few spaces for roommates/guests). I recommend this place to anyone
Pros: BEAUTIFUL, CLASSY, QUIET
Cons: POOR PARKING IN CERTAIN AREAS, LITTLE PRICIER THAN COMPS.
