Shopping >Flowers On Vine
Disappointed. Ever since high school this shop was the place where I went for all my floral needs. In the past they were very helpful in the design of the arraignment and even would let me in the back to hand pick the flowers. In the last few years their selection has been lacking and their prices have steadily risen well above their competition. I stuck with them out of loyalty but this Valentine's Day was a real let down. I'm currently out of state and wanted to send my gf some lillies and roses. I told the person on the phone how many lillies and what type I wanted and was very specific as to these details and asked for a few roses to be added. My price range was given at 60-70 dollars. My gf sent me a picture and there were 11 lousy roses and NO lillies at all! They didn't even get a full dozen! Ridiculous! They've lost me as a patron. I recommend Skyline
The Best New Year Ever!. My mother's birthday is on New Year's, and Flowers On Vine provided excellent customer service even while closed for family medical issues and the Holiday. Their arrangements are always unique and simply gorgeous. We highly recommend them.
Awesome. My wife loves their flowers
The most creative, unique flowers arrangements I have ever seen. What a great flower shop. Everyone I met at Flowers on Vine was friendly and helpful. They always give me an arrangement that exceeds my expectations and they have a knack for unique ideas that result in beautiful floral presentations. Roses for Valentines Day are always less expensive here and beautiful. Delivery has always been prompt. A great find in South Salt Lake. Also, they have a nice shop full of seasonal kick nacks that are unique and charming.
Terrible Customer Service. I am totally bummed! I've gone to this place for years and have always raved about their flowers, but after my latest experience, I will not be going back. My father asked me to be in charge of purchasing a nice bouquet from my family for my uncle's funeral. He also suggested I use a florist recommended by his friend who also happens to be the owner of the mortuary/funeral home. I told him I'd instead go with Flowers on Vine because they make beautiful bouquets and have outsanding service. I ordered flowers on a Friday for the viewing on Sunday. The viewing was from 6-8 p.m. and the flowers didn't arrive until 7:30! The funeral director told me that I should demand a refund since this is the norm in compensation under the circumstances. I admit the bouquet was beautiful, but when you spend over $100 on flowers, they should be delivered on time! When I called the shop the next day, the owner answered, asked me hold, and then proceeded to carry on a personal conversation on another phone for several minutes (I heard every word). When she finished I explained the situation. She said she was sorry and that she had asked a family member to drop them off! She asked what she could to to make up for it and I told her what the funeral director suggested. However, I also told her since I've gone to her place for years and normally love the service, a total refund seemed excessive and that I would be happy with 50%. I also explained that the other members of my family who contributed to the bouquet were upset, but if we could get a refund, we'd donate it to my uncle's chosen charity and forget about the late delivery. The owner said she'd give me $20. Again, I paid $114. She then tried to explain that I should be glad they were there on Sunday at all since they don't normally deliver that day. She also said she'd lose money if she gave me anything more. Well, she's lost the future business of 8 paying customers.
Best Flowers I've ever used. The time and care that the staff puts into their arrangements makes all the difference. Of the dozen florists I've used in the valley, Flowers On Vine provides the best looking arrangements. They add style and creativity to their flowers which gets them noticed by the receiver. Every custom request and last minute need has been gladly accommodated. They are simply the best I have seen anywhere.
Terrible arrangement. The arrangement was terrible, with the roses at haphazardly cut heights and some (eucalyptus?) branches thrust in, it looked wild. When it was delivered, I was stunned by how unruly it looked, rather than how beautiful. I took out the branches and tried to arrange the roses to make it look good, but the lengths of the roses made it hard to arrange well. I meant to go to the store for some baby's breath to fill it out, but the roses started drooping before I got the chance. This was on Valentine's Day, a busy day for them, but that is no excuse for such a poor arrangement. I hate to complain about a gift, but I hate to see anyone get ripped off like this.
My sister who lives in Utah recently had a baby & I called Flowers on Vine to have some flowers sent. I simply told her how much I wanted to spend and she took care of everything else. They turned out to be so beautiful that the next day my brother in-law emailed me a picture of the flowers.
I was told the arrangement was very aritistic and stunning.
the best in town. I use Flowers on Vine for all of my flower needs. They have the most beautiful selection of flowers from the ordinary to the exotic. (and at a VERY reasonable price) They have done several weddings that I have been to, including my own, and everything turned out gorgeous. WHen you go in, just tell them your price range and they will put together a great arrangement. I definately trust their taste and opinions. They also have the funnest decorations for your yard and home. Be sure to check them out!
