Delicious food, courteous service.... My husband and I do not agree with the former reviewers AT ALL...other than the strip-mall location (welcome to Salt Lake), it was fabulous. Our meals were wonderful, the service courteous, and the bill was reasonable.

The only thing I can say to the earlier bad reviews is I suppose if you expect Olive Garden prices you want Olive Garden food...if you want something far more complex and are used to dining out $30 for an entree hardly qualifies as exorbitant - at least certainly not anymore.

Over priced food. When we went into the restaurant it looked like a nice atmosphere they took our coats and were very hospitable. When we opened up the menu the prices were so expensive, a cheap diner was aroung $23. THe food was average something, that someone could purchase at the Olive Garden for half the price and a better taste, and more food. when we asked to split the check for the different couple that were with us they acted rude like it was appaling to split the check. Finally when the checks were split it took another 10 minutes for us to be able to pay because they were very unhospitable.

The Restaurant Beyong Its Expiration Date. Primo is premier in nothing but poor customer service. I was given a gift certificate to this restaurant, but failed to use it before it expired. I called ahead and asked if they would accept it, and was told it would be no problem. After the over-priced and unimpressively bland meal was served my waiter informed me, without apology, that he could not accept more than 50 percent of the gift certificate. I will not go back to Primo, and I certainly will reccomend it to no one!
