The Restaurant Beyong Its Expiration Date

Primo is premier in nothing but poor customer service. I was given a gift certificate to this restaurant, but failed to use it before it expired. I called ahead and asked if they would accept it, and was told it would be no problem. After the over-priced and unimpressively bland meal was served my waiter informed me, without apology, that he could not accept more than 50 percent of the gift certificate. I will not go back to Primo, and I certainly will reccomend it to no one!
- Pros: Quiet atmospher
- Cons: Service, prices, so dark you couldn't see your food.
