Thank you all so much for your help!! With your fabulous sales, beautiful dresses, and one-of-a-kind employees, I am definitely coming back to Mary's Bridal if I am ever in need of another beautiful, fancy dress! Thank you!
Recently, my daughter found the most exquisite wedding dress at your store. She had a limited budget, but your service and attention to detail made her feel like a queen. This was a big contrast to how she was treated at another bridal salon. Thank you so much for making her big day!
My mother and sisters both shared how impressed they were with your service. Not long ago, my sister had been invited to three proms at three different high schools and you were willing to let her rent the dress for an extended period with little or no extra charge. The dress was beautiful and just what she was looking for. Our family had looked at numerous stores for a dress that was both lovely and modest, and you guys had it all! Thank you!
Thank you to Carroll & Mary's Bridal Staff!! You helped me find my dream wedding dress! It was perfect for our October wedding up at Mill Creek Inn. You guys are the best- thanks for making my shopping experience so fun!
Such a great experience! Me and a group of friends just walked in to try on dresses with no appointment. They were so helpful & accommodating. I bought the 2nd dress I tried on! They listened to what I said I wanted. Amazing gals!
Everyone at Mary's Bridal is amazing! I had the best experience picking out my dress. I had visited a couple other bridal shops previous to my visit at Mary's and I have to say that not one compared to the experience I had at Mary's. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Carol was the absolute best and so friendly. I do not have any family here in Utah as I moved her about a year ago, so dress shopping hasn't been as exciting as I imagined it to be... until I visited Mary's. Carol made me feel special and beautiful. Thank you for making my experience memorable and special!
Such a great experience! A group of friends and I just walked in to try on dresses with no appointment and they were so helpful & accommodating. I bought the second dress I tried on! They listened to what I said and wanted. Amazing gals!
I highly recommend! Very helpful and great impression. The best service in the state!!
Fun, low pressure wedding dress shopping. – Marys bridal is a great store. Yes, it is a smaller bridal store but that saves you from pushy sales reps that work on commision. The dresses are hung up in bags but i didn't really mind it because the best part about finding the perfect dress is the hunt. Because of the friendly helpful staff at Marys i found my dream dress in one day of shopping. I started the early morning hunt at marys and continued on to two or three other bridal shops where one i was completely ignored at because i am young and didn't have an appointment even though the store wasn't busy and then i went to fantasy bridal and the sales rep tried to scare me into a purchase to make her sales goal. After these experiences i found my family and i rushing back to Marys bridal a half hour before closing and having them stay open after hours.
My dress was a sample so they discounted it down to five hundred dollars and then when i found a tiny spot of makeup on the inside of the dress they took off another fifty dollars. I got my dream dress for 450 and when it was time for altering it down from a size eight to a 1 their in house seamstress did an amazing job. I would reccomend Marys bridal to any bride who wants a fun, low pressure shoping experience and doesn't mind unzipping a few plastic protective dress bags.
Embarassing! – First, I don't like all the dresses in bags. You can't touch them without unzipping them out of the bags first so not a single dress did I find appealing in the plastic. The woman who helped me was smart...she got my style right away and I loved 5 of the 6 dresses she chose for me. She should be at a better bridal shop. Apparently they are required to help you in and out of your gown. I went to a much nicer store with more expensive designer gowns and was allowed to dress myself. I've been dressing myself for the past 26 years. I kindly told the woman I was a bit shy and she was nice about it, but she still saw me topless between each change if she had wanted to (I don't think she did, like I said, I thought she was really nice and should work somewhere better). I felt rushed, not to choose a gown or anything like that, but to hurry out of one dress and into another before I could see the price tag, designer, or anything.
I understand wanting to protect your gowns but this experience was embarassing and unpleasant. I would suggest Danielle's Bridal...the dressing rooms are bigger with mirrors and on my 3 visits the staff was nice, helpful, and pleasant and their dresses are as nice if not nicer than those at any other bridal shop I've been to.
