Apart from the wide variety of meat offerings from stuffed pork chops to incredible prime rib to thick bacon to zingy salads, the butchers and clerks are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Every employee appears to be happy and enjoying their job, which is an indication of good management. And good managers make good decisions. And good decision makers pick excellent meats. So go to Snider's. It is great
