Didn't show up...twice!!. BEWARE!!!

I was referred to this contractor by an independent service, and had a 10:00 AM appointment scheduled on a Tuesday. The guy never showed up, never called, and didn't answer his phone when I called him. When the service I used got ahold of him, he said he was at a graduation, and couldn't make it at all that day. He suggested rescheduling on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Thursday came and went without a call without him showing up...again!! So, now I've come home from work twice to meet with this contractor, only to be stiffed both times, without even the courtesy of a phone call.

He must have money coming from somewhere else, because he obviously isn't concerned with his reputation as a contractor, or with getting new business.
