They've been to our house a few times. The techs really care and make sure we are informed about the work they do and are satisfied. The lady I've talked to on the phone to schedule appointments is great too!

The technician was very friendly, but totally ripped us off! The only reason we used their company was because there was a furnace tuneup deal on living social. The technician checked everything, but told us we needed a new flame sensor. Before I knew it, he had pulled out a new one and installed it (which took about 30 seconds) and charged us $119. This was supposedly the "member pricing discount", whatever that means. We could have easily bought the part for $16.50 online and installed it ourselves. We tried to contact management to complain, they put us off for a couple days, and then "generously" offered to give us a $50 refund. While we were grateful to get some money back, that is still a $52.50 charge for something the technician did in 30 seconds that we could have easily done ourselves. Ridiculous! I would never recommend them to anyone!
