Worst T-Mobile store around. Horrible experience with CHUCK NEWSOME. He promises all of these things, gets you to turn out your pockets so he makes commissions and then after you're committed, he doesn't deliver. I probably spent $500 to $600 or more there so he could "work it out to get me a cheaper monthly payment". When the time came to make the changes to my account, all of the sudden it wouldn't work. Nothing would work. Not one single thing he promised. CHUCK NEWSOME bragged about how he is in the Top 1% of T-Mobile sales and I can imagine why. He lied to me over and over again to make sales and then never delivered on his promises. I'm sure he will do the same to you! He also suggested I try to defraud T-Mobile to get a broken screen fixed. Total loser, DO NOT BUY FROM HIM EVER! Look at all of the complaints about him here on Google alone. He will lie and cheat. T-Mobile corporate filed a complaint against him on my behalf after I called about this store's poor service and Chuck Newsome's lies. Go to the Sandy store or Walmart or somewhere reputable.
