Dave came out to give me a bid on putting in 2 expansion tanks. While there he noticed that the circulation pump was not properly positioned to pump water through the house. I told him I'd like to get that fixed. I asked how much it would be to fix that and put in 2 expansion tanks. He said it would be $300 for everything. We discussed it in more depth as I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. I scheduled the appointment. When the service guy arrived I noticed on the paper he brought in that it would be $300 for the expansion tanks and to bid out refitting the circulation pump. I told him Dave had assured me it would all be done for $300. He left for 30 minutes to call the office and then came back and said OK that he would need to run to another appointment from a hot water heater he installed yesterday that was having problems and he'd return in about 3 hours. We waited around until he got back. He then arrived and said that he was told by Dave that it would now cost extra to move the pipe (which was a simple item). They strung me along for most of the day and wasted my time. Very unprofessional. I don't do business with people that don't stand behind their word. The tanks cost about $40 each at Home Depot and the job is about an hour job for someone that knows what they're doing. They still would have made plenty of money. Please stand behind your word. My time is valuable too.
I was very happy with the professional service I received from Superior Water and Air. From my very first call for service Tami offered her call back number if I had any questions. Martin responded and assessed the problems with my 25 year old system honestly and explained them understandably. A "not to exceed" quote was given to me which was very fair. I was surprised that my work was scheduled as quickly as it was, it being Memorial Day weekend. And, as promised, Rich called ahead and arrived as scheduled. I was very impressed with his work ethic. There was no wasted time, there were no short cuts taken or shortages of equipment. In fact, additional parts were added to the system to bring the system up to code. The project was completely tested and fully explained to me. Everything was cleaned up. All in all this company is professional in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior to anyone.
Jordan F came to our home to change the filters in our water softener. He arrived on time. In fact he called me ahead of time, which gave me time to leave work and get home. He was very nice and courteous and professional. We have been very happy with our system and recommend Superior Air and Water to our friends. Jordan was very knowledgable. I would recommend him too.

Spoke with a sales rep at their booth at Costco. Told her that I wanted my home's ducts cleaned as they were advertising. I had been meaning to get this done for several months and finally found what I thought was a good opportunity to set up a time to do it.
After about 10+ minutes of her attempting to push other products, including a new furnace (even though I told her more than once that I just invested in one in the recent past), I set up an appointment with her for a week later for what I thought was the duct cleaning.
Instead of a technician, a salesman showed up to count my ducts and show me several other products that they thought I should have in my home. The salesman did his best to say that our current furnace and air conditioner were subpar, despite a steady heating/electric bill and comfortable environment in our home. He continued to work on attempting to sell more products. He also made several odd comments about aspects of our family that were not in any way related to the business at hand (not sure if it was an attempt to chit-chat, but definitely negative undertone at times). The salesman tried to degrade the recent furnace purchase, although the model gets very good reviews on independent review sites.
Finally we settled on a price for the duct cleaning. He said that he would email the bid to me that evening and we could set up the time. I have not heard anything after a few weeks. I decided to go with another company that was able to give me a quote and clean the ducts within a few days.
Jordan F. came and checked out why we were getting air in our lines after our water softener regenerated. He knew right away what the problem was. He was very kind and courteous. Unfortunately the cost to fix the problem is pretty pricey they are still in line with others in the cost to do the repairs. I would recommend them to others.
Rich G. came and installed a new water softener today. It went very smoothly and he explained everything we asked of him. We're hoping this water softener will solve some of the plumbing and water-using appliance issues we've been having since we moved into this house 6 years ago. He also replaced the pressure regulator at no extra charge.
Spencer did a great job today. He did our annual check up on our water softener. He was very helpful in letting us know how the system works, etc. We appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to us.
Superior Water and Air did a very professional job for us. Mitch, Trent and Mason arrived when they said they would, had our new tankless hot water system installed by the late afternoon and left our home clean and back to normal. I'm used to contractors leaving a mess for me to clean up after they leave. Not this company. They left it cleaner than before they arrived. They even called me at work to determine if I had any questions before they left the house. I would do business with them again. Thanks Superior Water and Air!
Mike Parry came over and installed a water heater Saturday. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to explain everything he did and why he did it. He was tolerant of the kids asking questions and following him. He was very friendly. He didn't try to sell unneeded extra services, and explained what I need to do to maintain the water heater myself. Thank You!
As a new customer, I am very impressed with Superior Water and Air. When my furnace went out, I called to have a service technician give me an estimate on how much it would cost to either replace or repair the furnace. Amazingly there was a service technician in the area who was just finishing another job and was on his way home for the evening. The service technician Courtney, was at my door within fifteen minutes of my original call. After looking at all my options, I decided to have my furnace replaced. I also had a water softener installed at the same time. I have never had one so I'm looking forward to the benefits of that as well. The next day Courtney and another technician Lance came over and installed both the furnace and the water softener. Their customer service was awesome! They taught me how to better maintain my furnace, water softener and water heater. They also did a great job of cleaning up the little messes they made. I am very appreciative to both of these technicians for their help and support. I look forward to working with this company in the future.
