Absolutely awful customer service. I would never, ever use this company. When they sent a tech to my home to look at my washing machine, he was unprepared to even open it up and left having quoted me nearly $500 in "repairs." Feeling skeptical of it being so costly, my husband opened the machine up, easily fixed it, and saw that none of the parts the tech claimed needed to be replaced were actually broken. These were also parts that the tech explained I would need to pay for ahead of time as they were special order. I was uncomfortable with paying so much after he didn't even bother to open up the washing machine and actually look inside. Feeling so dissatisfied as a customer, I called the company back and requested a refund for the $50 "diagnostic fee" I had paid to have the machine looked at. I talked to several different receptionists, none of whom were particularly helpful, all explaining to me that I needed to speak to a manager, who was never in the office. After calling four times, I finally received a call back from a woman five days later who again told me nothing could be done without manager approval and that she didn't know if he would be in the office soon or if it could be weeks. When I finally did receive a call back from the manager, he was completely unreceptive when I explained the situation. The conversation ended with him being unwilling to refund my fifty dollars and him also hanging up on me. Absolute worst customer service experience I could imagine.
Horrible Customer Service....... Had them come out to diagnosis problem on my stove. The service tech had to uninstall my oven to get to the stove. After the diagnosis and estimate he reinstalled my stove and had a very hard time reinstalling my oven. He claimed the person who installed it the first time did a bad job. Now my oven is making a funny noise and is off balance. I called them to come back out and install it correctly and they want to charge me for LABOR!!!!! Are you kidding?!! My oven has worked correctly for the last 7 years since we bought it until their service man messed with it. Not only is my stove top still not working my oven now has issues!! What a joke!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
They charge way to much for what they do.......

Staff Is Very Nice and Service Is Very Speedy!. Spoke to the very nice receptionist and Quality Appliance arrived quickly. Great local service and surprisingly fast, you will not be disappointed and I will always use them in the future.
After 2 companies, Quality Appliance fixed my problem. I had TWO different companies try to charge me for "repairs" and absolutely NOTHING was done! I called Quality Appliance and their techs seem to know way more about what is going on and fixed my appliance in less than an hour. They were a little late but I thanked them for doing their job and resolving one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had using local services. Will do business again.
Friendly, fast, and professional!. My dryer was shutting off early and it took over 7 resarts to finish drying my clothes. I had to be to work later that evening and wanted this dryer repaired before the weekend and holiday. I called Quality Appliance and they came FAST... super fast! A super friendly and funny guy repaired my dryer and I even got to use a coupon I found online. Thanks Quality Appliance for everything!
Poor Customer Service. Would not recommend to go there fixed my washer $280 new pulley bearings, one week later pulley falls of brought washer back to there shop puts back on falls of two days later. Fixed it myself c ring to loose that goes on bottom of pulley called to see if they would give me a tighter one to put on accused me of wanting a feebie wanted me to bring it down a to them again or charge $35 for a service fee.All i wanted was a was a c ring to fix myself, if you like hauling your appliances than this is the place for you.

horrible. thinks 6 hrs late is okay, offered $10 off for being late. WOW. Thinks it's not his job to bring the right parts that work, is prepared to charge you extra when he has brought the wrong parts and has to go get more. the Better and Business and Bureau gives him an "f" and I think that is generous. This guy is a mess. DO NOT USE
LG Certified dishwasher repair gone bad. They attempted to charge me for a part that was covered under my warranty. Do not trust this "LG Certified," company.
