No Customer Satisfaction!.
Horrible experience with trying to exchange a keyboard/mouse. Owner would not back word of employee, who promised me it would be no problem to refund. Had to return to store 3 times to comply with what store requested from me and by the third time it had been 3 months after the purchase and the owner would not even consider an exchange for the product even though the merchandise has never been opened and is still sold in the store. They waisted my time giving me the run around and now I am stuck with something I can't even use. I would think twice about buying from an owner who does not know the meaning of customer satisfaction!
