If I could give them zero stars, I would. My hardwood floor install was awful. Several planks were cut too short to meet the threshold so they just filled the gaps with little slivers of wood and putty. Others were either laid crooked or not cut straight, as they have huge gaps at one end but not the other.
Initially they finished the floor over black scuff marks someone had left everywhere. After a lot of hassle, my builder had them re-finish it. I'd like to go back to the scuff marks. They got stain on my carpet and baseboards and, over time, it has become obvious that they only put one coat of poly on the floor -- and four or five spots (one is about 1x3 feet) didn't get any poly at all. They do not claim any responsibility for the condition of the floor -- even the spots that were left bare. The entire thing needs to be sanded down and re-finished again. I wouldn't even consider having them touch it again.
