A couple years my dog was really sick and my regular vet couldn't get her in. The only place that would take us that day was JEM's Vetcare. They even stayed open late for us. They were so nice and didn't act like it was an inconvenience to help my little girl get better. The technition and doctor were very informative and acted like they really cared and knew a lot about animals. This is the ONLY doctor I trust with my 2 dogs now. I also think the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

This company treats their employees horribly. They cycle through vet techs like no other. The receptionist is extremely rude and the company does not respect anyone. (They say that people who are not willing to spend a lot of money on their pet are a waste of their time!). I was not an employee here, but I have know several (ie 6). All of these but one have been let go, because the Doctor treats them like they are stupid and they know nothing. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GUY!!!
